WHAT'S INCLUDED?

A completely furnished condo with island style furniture, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances, A/C, utilities, local (inter-island) phone calls, full use of the Kona Makai common facilities, parking and an unlimited view at no extra charge!
Our condo comfortably holds 2 adults. More than 2 people requires owner's consent. The sofa opens into a comfortable additional bed, but an extra charge will apply for more than 2 people. More than 4 is prohibited by Kona Makai rules.
WHAT'S PROHIBITED?
Absolutely NO Smoking is allowed in the condo, on the lanai, or in the entryway. This is not negotiable.
MINIMUM STAY...
The minimum stay is 5 days, except for Ironman Week and the Christmas and New Year holiday (December 15th - January 1st) when there is a 7 day minimum stay.
RATES:
Low Season (April 1-November 30)
$105/day $735/Week
High Season (December 1-March 31)
$115/Day $805/Week
Special Times are
Ironman Week & Christmas/New Year
(October 11-18, December 15-Jan 3)
$125/Day $875/Week
